Services Included in Registration Fees;
  • The registration fee includes entrance to the congress area on 4-5-6 October 2024 - Friday, Saturday and Sunday, coffee breaks and lunches within the scope of the scientific program, congress bag, certificate and congress materials.
  • Everyone entering the congress center must be registered to the congress. There will be no daily registration.
  • The above registration fees will be valid within the scope of the refreshments for non-congress companions (spouse, children, etc.).
  • The above prices include VAT. Changes in the applicable tax rates will be reflected in the prices.
Cancellation and Refund Policy;
  • Requests and changes regarding congress registrations must be notified in writing to the organization secretariat. For your cancellation requests, you need to send an e-mail to ozge.altas@burkon.com.
  • Full payment will be refunded for cancellations notified until August 03, 2024.
  • 50% of the payment will be refunded for cancellations notified until September 03, 2024.
  • After September 03, 2024, there will be no cancellation - refund process, name change will be accepted.
  • All refund transactions will be made within 30 working days after the congress.
